Auditions

So your child is interested in auditioning for the Vancouver Children’s Choir? Email us at vancouverchildrenschoir@gmail.com to set up an audition.

This is a simple, non-intimidating process for potential young choristers.

Your son/daughter will be tested for their “natural” ear by singing back short melodies and clapping a few rhythms. They will also be asked to prepare a song or part of a song of his/her choice. It will be sung unaccompanied. If not – be prepared to sing all of “O Canada,” again without accompaniment.

Auditions are ongoing for our 2011/2012 season.
If interested, please contact us to visit the choir during Wednesday evening rehearsals.
